My health and fitness philosophy focuses on continual lifelong learning as I work towards enhancing wellbeing in my clients and by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources to assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. I believe that together we can transform your quality of life through regular fitness and the integration of guided exercise programs, making your health goals a reality. Cert III & IV in Fitness
Bachelor degree in Complementary Medicine
Specialises in weight loss & management, Tone and strengthening, Bootcamps and Strength Training
Sporting background in Rowing, Rugby League and Social Netball
10 years gym experience
