Mike Robinson

Hi, I’m Mike, and I am proud to say that I am one of F1rst Class Fitness’ senior trainers, with many years experience in the fitness industry, 5 of those at FCF.

My passion for health and fitness began when I started my own weight loss journey which was massively successful, and I remain driven to share my experiences with others so that you can achieve the life changing results and healthier lifestyle that you want.

My background and experience dates back some 10 years when I began boxing and Muay Thai, which are both great ways to combine fat loss, fitness, and of course fun, and there is no denying that they are a major stress reliever to.

I also find strength training, from power lifting to hypertrophy (muscle gain), another great stress reliever and perhaps my greatest fitness passion. This form of training is my area of specialisation and in doing so I have surrounded myself with some of Australia’s best power lifting guru’s as I strive to continually learn and develop new skills to bring value to you and my clients. In particular, I like to utilise science specific periodised programming to not only help you gain strength but get leaner also.
