In my 10 years experience as a Personal Trainer and gym owner, it’s my opinion that training is about so much more than just physical change. What you’ll find is that exercise extends into every aspect of life – giving you a clearer mind, increased mobility and a more enriched life. Seeing my clients and gym members enjoying these benefits is what gets me out of bed every day with a spring in my step.

Now, if you want to get fit and healthy, research suggests you’ll need to do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity a week. Now that might sound like a lot of time, sweet and energy, but luckily you don’t have to do all that exercise at one workout, and you don’t have to do it alone – that’s where I can help. What i’m passionate about is helping you on your health and fitness journey and consistently assisting you to work both smart and hard towards a healthier lifestyle, improved body composition, better functional movement capability and increased fitness overall.

To do this, each and every person I work with on a one-on-one basis for personal training, gets a periodised and goal specific exercise workout program that will help you achieve your goals in the shortest period of time possible. The goal for me is to get you moving in the right direction and then keep going that way.

Those who come to train with me at F1rst Class Fitness, either for one-on-one Personal Training and/or when participating in my small Group Fitness Classes, should come because they want real change, both mentally & physically, something that you would never get in one of the big commercial gyms.
