Clay is a highly qualified, bespoke performance coach with 10 years fitness industry experience. He has a diverse background with multiple qualifications; (Dual Diploma of Fitness & Sports Development) and has undertaken extensive upskilling and professional development. 

Clay specialises in helping corporate clientele lose body fat, increase strength, build attainable habits, and transform their lives by maintaining those habits for life. His approach is centred around educating each client and applying evidence-based methods to achieve incredible, yet sustainable results. 

His strategy takes the guesswork out of the whole process. Instead, Clay offers unparalleled personal coaching expertise to allow each individual to unlock their true potential. His aim is to achieve viable results and ensure self-sufficiency – to which there are no short cuts, only long-term solutions!
