I’m passionate about using exercise and allied health to reduce client pain, promote wellness, work-life balance, and facilitate lifestyle changes through movement.
I want to improve your quality of life. This could be through improving your daily pain, by helping you set a routine to be active more regularly, losing weight, increasing your muscle mass, building strength, or having the energy to play with your kids. Exercise doesn’t need to be intimidating or a big commitment, but health – whatever that may look like for you – should be a priority.
My goal is to also educate others that you don’t need to live with chronic pain. Whether that be sore knees when you walk, lower back pain when you sit at your desk or constant headaches from neck tightness. These are all things that can be managed and improved upon through the right type of exercise that is specific to you as an individual.
