A great short program for beginners through advanced trainers, this program has a balanced strength and cardio conditioning focus that will certainly test your limits and help you work out what it is you want and need from your program. 10-Week Fat Loss & Cardio Program

Set training program for a fitter & leaner body:
This program is designed to work fast, with periodised intensity and increased training volume over a 10-week period. With strength and cardio testing in week one, plus photo’s and body measurements, you will build on that benchmark and see improvements in your strength, cardiovascular fitness and body composition (increase muscle & decreased body fat). Please note that this program is not personally customised to you and your goals. It is however a fantastic balanced program that works!

10-Week Strength & Muscle Mass

Set training program for a stronger body and increased muscle mass:
Our 10-week Strength and Muscle Mass program is a full in-gym program that benchmarks your strength, conditioning and body composition, before taking you through a periodised plan that factors on progressive overload and the scientifically correct mix of volume, load, tempo, rest and movement patterns for optimal results. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, our promise is that if you follow our process and rise to the challenge, you’ll build serious strength and size with this program.
With exercise video tutorials and detailed instructions on how to attack each workout, we’ll have you lifting like a pro in no time, and the ability to track your reps and weights as you train will keep you on-track and making those gains.
What to expect – We are big believers in compound exercises, training volume (also known as total reps and sets) and progressive overload. In our industry leading experience, it’s these 3 factors that get results. Building muscle mass and strength takes consistency and repetition, which means you’ll be doing many of the same lifts, but trust the process. As you move through the program phases and levels, we’ll challenge growth with changed to movement patterns, muscular time under tension and rest to achieve maximum muscle growth. Also, your recovery is essential to allow your muscles to repair and grow, so you can also expect to have just as much work to do as rest.

10-Week Custom Training Program

Personalised training program for your goals, whatever they might be:
This program is fully customisable for you and your goals. Think of this program like virtual personal training, with your trainer carefully formulating your program to reflect what is important to you. Make changes as you go and provide feedback to your trainer to ensure you get the most out of this program. Periodised over a 10-week period, week one starts with strength and cardio testing, photo’s, body measurements and a 30-minute in-app video consultation. Then, we build your custom program for you and guide you to be as successful as you possibly can be with achieving your personal goals. Please note that this program is 100% customised to you and your goals.
