Our F1rst Class Fitness Group Boxing Class is a high intensity boxing circuit that will have those fat cells melting away. A full body workout that incorporates a variety of exercises including pad work, punching technique, skipping, running and abdominal work. Expect your strength, endurance and agility to improve as well as enjoying a healthy way to release a bit of tension!
