“Get ready, get set, go!” and prepare to be put through your paces with our HIIT class. Designed to increase cardiovascular fitness by working your whole body and keeping your heart rate cycling from max heart rate to 60-70% the entire workout. With our varying time formats, the aim is to decrease body fat and strengthen your muscles.
