These intensive 45min workouts are tailored to your fitness and experience level, utilising functional and dynamic movement patterns to help you go further in your everyday life. Our Freestyle Friday Group Training class will build strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility and are fun, interactive and energetic.

Freestyle Friday is designed to keep you interested. One week you will be boxing at altitude and the next you might be doing a stair run. They say variety is the spice of life and you will get that here at F1rst Class Fitness in our Freestyle Friday class as you gain a thorough full body workout!
