The acai berry bowl craze has come to Brisbane and KTB have well and truly mastered this tasty art! With an extensive menu of acai bowls, smoothies and other healthy treats – the worst part about your visit will simply be choosing what to get!
If you’re new to acai then we recommend starting with their most popular item – the Original Bowl to welcome you to the KTB world. As for you veterans looking for something with a little more pizazz, then definitely give the Snickers Bowl a go – we assure you it truly is as good as it sounds! Only $9 for a regular or go all out and grab a large for just $11.50!

What to see what exactly what paleo eating is all about? Then look no further than the Paleo Cafe – where their passion is creating delicious food using only meats, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds! We cannot go past their plentiful and tasty omelette with a different weekly special filling from Prawns and Basil Pesto to Asparagus and Smoked Salmon – served with a side salad for just $14! Don’t have time to sit and eat? Get it to go and be the envy of everyone in the lunch room!

Feel like your diet may be lacking a little in the vegetable department? Then perhaps it’s time to ditch the traditional bacon & eggs and in favour of one (or 2 for all you bulkers out there!) of the delicious vegetarian and vegan options on offer at Kitchen Sanitarium! We couldn’t go past the thyme roasted mushrooms and poached eggs served on organic wheat sourdough, and at just $14.50 we reckon you’ll have trouble convincing yourself you’d rather eggs benny too!

One of Wintergarden’s worst kept secrets – Gramercy is notorious for their fantastic house-made green juices, made daily and served in adorable (and reusable!) mason jars! They also look after their lactose intolerant friends with their own home-made almond milk, the perfect alternative to cows milk for your coffee! Bircher Muesli with Apple, Strawberry, Macadamia Honey and Yoghurt for just $7.60, a yummy Smashed Avo with Parsley Labne on Sourdough for only $8.20 – we could go on and cite every amazing thing on this menu, but you’re probably drooliong enough already 😉
