For me, a great Personal Trainer needs to have a genuine and caring nature. That, combined with my experience in competitive sports such as Kickboxing, swimming, and track & field, along with half a decade in the fitness industry, I have evolved as a trainer to become rather versatile. As a former architect, my passion is to help clients undo the damage of the desk & improve quality of life through exercise & better lifestyle choices. My fitness development program and strategy for each client is to offer a complete approach to guiding clients through mindset, lifestyle & nutrition, targeting client specific goals such as weight loss, strength gain and skill development along the way.

Cert 3 & Cert 4 in Fitness & Personal Training
Certified Master trainer (Australian Institute of Fitness)
