Hi guys, Makayla here!
I’ve been dancing since before I could walk and have I’ve always been active. My biggest health obstacle came about when I stopped dancing fulltime and gained 12kg in 12 weeks. This came as a big shock to me as I had no idea what I was doing wrong. It then took me 2 years to find the right exercise, environment, guidance and nutrition. What I learned was that once the right mix is found, anything is possible. I then went on to get back into shape, as I lost 14kg while putting on lean muscle. That was where my fitness and exercise journey really began!
As a trainer, my goal is always to help people become inspired. I love to share what I have learned through my own fitness journey and it brings me great pleasure to assist people transform both physically and mentally.

My training style predominately focuses on interval & endurance training mixed with functional movement to target fat loss & lean muscle gain. I also like to show people that you can still have a great time while working out! I love assisting my clients in reaching their specific goals as well as assisting people with technique and flexibility to help them in their day to day lives.
