I love to share what I have learnt through my own fitness journey and it brings me great pleasure to assist people transform both physically and mentally. As a trainer, I do this by creating workouts that are specific to my client’s individual needs, wants and desired training style.
I combine my background of dance, Martial Arts and yoga with both resistance and endurance training to target fat loss while building lean muscle mass.
Together we can work on coaching you through fitness & lifestyle goal setting, mindset, nutrition, weight loss & muscle gain. After experiencing my own transformational journey, helping other people create better lifestyle choices through versatile training and nutrition is now my passion.
