Kelton Moss

I began in health and fitness initially due to my love of sports, and wanting to train athletes. However, after beginning personal training I found how rewarding it is to train and empower clients and fostering belief in them that they’ve never had before. I am currently in my final year of a Bachelor in Clinical Exercise Physiology, which has seen me train clients from ages 14-94! All my experiences have led me to wanting to help my clients improve in all areas of their life, including both their physical and mental health. My training style can be described as the simple things done to perfection. Please do not think the sessions aren’t hard though… my background in strength and conditioning, personal training and clinical health lead my clients to achieve their best results.

Cert 3 & Cert 4 in Fitness & Personal Training
Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (final year)
