Since beginning my studies in the fitness industry, I have had a firm belief that the ability to adapt to each specific client and their goals is what makes a great trainer. With a background in the military for 3 years, I know it comes down to discipline and really wanting to achieve the goals you set out to at the start. Being able to provide my clients with precise knowledge to ensure they are getting results is so important. My current degree allows me to expand my understanding in the field of rehabilitation and injury prevention, which, in turn, gives me the opportunity to provide quality sessions that will leave you feeling accomplished.
