Hi I’m Hannah, and I love everything about fitness! Fitness is something that I have always been passionate about. I started in the fitness industry as a Polefitness Instructor which lead me to 5 amazing years of teaching and also competing at a National level. For me, there is no greater satisfaction than to watch someone succeed and I love helping people smash their goals. I have a fun personality and enjoy writing varied yet challenging programs for my clients. I also love experimenting with new styles of fitness. Functional strength training, HIIT and Boxing are always fantastic ways to achieve fat loss and to build lean muscle. I specialize in optimizing flexibility and range of movement through various mobility and stretching techniques. I can also offer nutritional advice to compliment your training program. A healthy lifestyle is the key to success, and I would love to help you achieve it.
