Hi I’m Anton! I’m a firm believer that health and fitness should be a part of everyones life. As a personal trainer, I’ve grown to love helping others achieve goals and milestones throughout their life. My training methods consist of HIIT sessions, strength training and circuit training. I know that these styles of training promote healthy and sustainable weight loss all the while building lean muscle.
