Reach your peak fitness levels in this high intensity training session. The great thing about training at simulated high altitude is that by working in less oxygen, you speed up your results. Consider it an efficiency of your time!

However, be ready to work hard, high altitude can be challenging! From beginner to advanced trainer, we structure this class so you get through it, and get the most out of it. Set up as a pyramid style workout plan, we climb to the summit and then back down again!
