Circuit style exercise with a minimum of 9 stations. Add additional stations to ensure every participant has their own station.
N.B: We want and need you to promote the benefits of MyZone tech for managing session specific heart rate. By utilizing the MyZone tech, we are aiming to maintain ‘Yellow Zone’ or higher intensity. Furthermore, the session can be measured by recording MEPS achieved by each participant and challenging them to beat that score next time around. The class instructor should maintain a list of participant’s names and MEPS for each session.
