Saturday Sweat Session is not for the faint hearted. Be prepared to be challenged physically… and as the name says… get ready to SWEAT!

Out S.S.S is a workout based on functional movements and incorporates elements from both strengths and cardio types of training. We use the large muscle groups with olympic lifts and then finish it off with a high-intensity based workout. Everyone is welcome to this class as we can adapt exercises as needed!
