Lift-It is a full body weight training session (similar to a pump class) designed to build muscle and increase overall strength.

By selecting very specific movement patterns and by utilising the training variables such as tempo, rest and total volume, this class is designed to hit your full body hard, prepare to feel a bit sore a couple of days after this one!
