Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible of the three exercises in 20 minutes. Always use correct and safe form. For recording your performance, all three exercises completed represent a round. Should you complete 5 rounds and the first exercise of the next round, this means you will record an AMRAP performance of 5.1.
