‘Big Cheese’

This is the 3rd of our pre-set workouts that we use here at F1rst Class Fitness. This workout is an all out, as fast as you can go style workout designed to take you to peak heart rate with just enough time remaining that you can hold it up until the end. In other words, there is no need to pace yourself with this workout! Just aim for as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes.

The workout Plan:

10 minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
Exercises:
– Barbell Push Press x 15 @ 15 to 40% BW
– Sprint x 100m
– Box Jumps x 10
